Doctor of Medicine | Radiology - Diagnostic Location: East Chicago, IN Employer: Adelphi Locums Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Diagnostic Radiologist (Remote) • Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time) • Location: East Chicago, IN • Service Setting: Inpatient/Outpatient - Remote • Coverage Type: Remote Diagnostic Imaging PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Mixed patient population • Case Mix: CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-Ray, PET FACILITY INFORMATION • Coverage Area: - One acute care hospital - One critical access hospital - One imaging center - Several outpatient clinics • Specialty Backup: Yes • Support Staff Available: onsite mammography, Interventional radiology, and night coverage PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Hospital Privileges Required: Yes • Credentialing Timeline: TBD COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary: Competitive; details provided upon inquiry • Benefits: - Full employment benefits REQUIRED PROCEDURES • Diagnostic interpretation of imaging studies JOB REQUIREMENTS • Licenses: Indiana license (or eligibility to obtain) • Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Radiology if new grad • Experience: Experience reading a high volume of diverse imaging preferred • Other Qualifications: - Excellent diagnostic skills - Ability to work collaboratively with referring providers and support staff - Strong communication and time management abilities DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Interpret diagnostic imaging studies and generate reports in a timely manner • Collaborate with providers across hospitals, clinics, and imaging centers • Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives • Contribute to the continuity and quality of imaging services throughout Baxter Health’s network
