Senior Category Manager, Packaging Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a long-term and short-term strategic sourcing plan for plastics category
• Lead, develop, negotiate and execute on contracts with key suppliers to obtain the best deal and materials for the organization
• Manage packaging category budget
• Monitor supplier performance and build relationships with new and old suppliers
• Lead RFPs for the packaging category with suppliers
  Senior Category Manager, Packaging Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business discipline or 8+ years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years of strategic packaging procurement and sourcing experience
  • Ideally experience in food & beverage, CPG or hospital/healthcare industry
  • Experience with multiple suppliers and $50M+ spend
  • Experience with managing supplier relations and creating strategy
