Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Senior Manager (HCM, Payroll,
Finance & Supply Chain).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor teams of Workday Analysts in HCM, Payroll, Finance,
and Supply Chain
Serve as a client-facing delivery lead and oversee project
timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation
Provide strategic input on Workday solution design, configuration,
and enhancements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of Workday experience, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role
Demonstrated success in managing ERP teams or large-scale Workday
implementations
Strong understanding of at least two core Info Modules: HCM,
Payroll, Financials, or Supply Chain
Workday certification in the relevant module is a plus
