Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Write and submit insurance policies for new and existing customers. Have needs based conversations with new and existing customers. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous office, sales or insurance experience preferred but not necessary. We assist with your licensing for Property and Casualty.
