Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound website leads, execute outbound event promotion
activities, and handle web chat interactions
Coordinate event lead management, drive attendance to events, and
ensure leads are entered into the CRM system
Assist with social media engagement, interact with communities, and
provide customer support
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology,
or related field
2+ years of experience in lead management, sales support, or
customer service within B2B SaaS
Familiarity with CRM systems and web chat tools
Desire to expand knowledge in cybersecurity, marketing, and
sales
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under
pressure
