path! We are currently seeking a Traveling Lead Foreman to oversee
and execute heavy commercial electrical projects across various
industrial sites. While the job environments are industrial, the
scopes of work typically involve straightforward but time-sensitive
tasks. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives under
pressure, works well with a team, and takes initiative to solve
problems and drive results. Key Responsibilities Lead a minimum
crew of 4 (typically 2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices) on
each job site Manage project timelines, labor, and site
coordination under strict deadlines Read and interpret blueprints,
one-lines, and electrical schematics Execute and oversee a range of
electrical work including: Conduit and wiring installations
Generator and UPS system installations Low- and medium-voltage
systems Maintain daily communication with project managers and
office staff Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and
project specifications Provide clear and professional verbal and
written communication Ideal Candidate Proven experience leading
larger-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in
the field Desire and ability to work up to 60 hours per week
Willingness to travel extensively; travel is a key requirement for
this role Ability to work independently and lead a team with
minimal supervision High level of accountability, reliability, and
professionalism Qualifications Journeyman Electrician License is a
MUST 5 years of field experience in electrical construction Prior
leadership or foreman experience is strongly preferred Strong
working knowledge of electrical codes, installation practices, and
jobsite safety Proficiency with blueprint and schematic reading
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Pay based on
