Job Description Job Description – Objectives of this Role – Key
Responsibilities - Maintain accurate and well-organized project
files, contracts, and internal documentation - Assist Project
Managers and the accounting team with invoicing, billing, and basic
bookkeeping functions - Communicate and coordinate effectively with
team members, vendors, and subcontractors - Oversee general
administrative needs, including office supply inventory management
- Provide administrative support to project managers and company
leadership as needed - Foster a positive, professional, and
welcoming office environment and client experience Qualifications -
Prior administrative or office experience strongly recommended
(construction industry experience is a plus) - Strong
organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and
priorities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills -
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook);
QuickBooks experience is a plus - Self-motivated with the ability
to work both independently and collaboratively - High attention to
