You should be able to handle conflict resolution effectively and be available to work evenings and weekends. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, schedule, and confirm appointments Recruit, train, and manage Call Center Representatives Handle inbound calls and conduct outbound calls Provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts Manage and organize sales representatives’ schedules Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets Qualifications: Proven management experience in a customer service or call center environment Excellent computer and communication skills Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary plus bonus opportunities .
