Job Description:
Epic Special Education Staffing is seeking a highly motivated
and compassionate School Psychologist for the 2026-2027 school
year. This role focuses on supporting the educational and
psychological well-being of students within our partnered schools.
As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in
assessing students' emotional, social, and academic needs, and
developing and implementing strategies to help them succeed. This
position offers the unique opportunity to work closely with a
dedicated team committed to creating an inclusive learning
environment that fosters student growth and development. Conduct
psychological assessments and interpret results to identify
students' needs. Develop and implement individualized education
plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and parents. Provide
counseling and support to students facing academic or emotional
challenges. Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to
enhance student learning and school climate. Participate in
multidisciplinary teams to promote a holistic approach to student
well-being. Stay updated with the latest research and best
practices in school psychology. Strong analytical skills to assess
students' needs and progress. Excellent interpersonal skills to
communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
Knowledge of various psychological theories and practices relevant
to education. Ability to handle sensitive information with
confidentiality and professionalism. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state certification or
national certification in School Psychology. Trained in crisis
management and intervention strategies.
