Job Description:

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (Frontend) to lead a team in developing a digital coaching platform.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product teams to design and build solutions for personal growth
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, establishing high technical standards
Develop and implement strategic plans for frontend technology and maintain design systems

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience with a degree in a STEM field
3+ years leading an agile software development team
5+ years experience with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
Experience integrating LLMs and building RESTful and GraphQL web services
Proficiency with Git and cloud technologies in AWS
