Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Technical Support Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Support online merchants by resolving technical issues via email, live chat, and phone calls
Identify patterns, recommend improvements, and contribute to documentation development
Assist in successful on-boarding of new customers

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency with ticketing technology platforms like HelpScout or Zendesk
2+ years of experience in technical customer support at a SaaS company or similar
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript (other programming languages a plus)
Ability and desire to work flexible shifts
Resourcefulness, sense of urgency, and willingness to go above and beyond for solutions
