Constellation, a leading energy provider in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Sr Engineer-CORP to join our innovative Engineering & Architecture team. This position focuses on developing and implementing advanced technical solutions in the Energy sector, specifically targeting improvements in gas, oil, and electric systems. This role is central to advancing our mission of delivering reliable and sustainable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of engineering principles, a passion for renewable energy, and a proven track record in project management and technical innovation. Design, analyze, and implement engineering solutions for enhanced energy production and distribution systems. Lead multiple project teams in the development and execution of projects aimed at efficiency improvements and technological advancements. Develop strategic plans in collaboration with other departments to achieve emissions reductions and sustainability goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards during the conceptualization, design, and implementation phases of all projects. Provide technical expertise and guidance on issues related to gas, oil, and electric energy systems. Proven ability in project management and team leadership Strong analytical skills and proficiency in simulation models and engineering software Expert knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering concepts Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments Ability to innovate and implement sustainable energy solutions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification advantageous
