Job Description Join our dynamic team in the Aluminum department,
where you will work in teams of 1-2 to construct industrial
radiators. Utilize hand and power tools to secure builds, and
operate an overhead crane to handle heavy objects. Follow build
instructions and operate various machines to ensure quality
production. Responsibilities Build industrial radiators in the
aluminum department. Utilize hand and power tools for assembly.
Operate an overhead crane to lift and move heavy objects. Follow
build instructions accurately. Run and operate various machines as
required. Essential Skills 3 years of mechanical assembly
experience. 1 year of machine operating experience. 3 years of
power tool experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to read a tape measure. 18 months of tenure with one
company within the past 5 years. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with blueprint reading. Experience in mechanical
assembly and overhead crane operation. Why Work Here? We offer a

forward-looking environment. Work Environment Work in a clean and
organized assembly and fabrication shop. The position is on the 2nd
shift from 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Thursday, with
initial training on the 1st shift. While the facility is not
temperature-controlled, it offers an exciting opportunity to
contribute to the production of industrial radiators for a variety
of applications, including warehouses, production facilities, and
data centers. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire
position based out of KENOSHA, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range
for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements
apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification
and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
