Deliver World-Class Service – Deliver an amazing experience for our customers. Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding their heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, and diagnose and fix the issue correctly. Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers uncover additional opportunities and needs related to their home comfort and air quality while offering your expert recommendation for the best solution. Continuous Improvement – Attend weekly, monthly and quarterly Aire Serv coaching and development sessions. You are there to help today and in the future. Job Requirements These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position. Experience in residential HVAC of 2 years or more EPA 608 Certification Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 60 lbs. Excellent communication skills with customers and office team Professional personal appearance Industry Certifications (NATE etc.) are preferred but not required Ability to operate power and hand tools safely Ability to take direction and follow written and verbal directions as given Must have basic computer skills and be able to utilize mobile device throughout the workday Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure the job is done correctly the first time Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required Benefits & Pay The hourly pay rate range for this position is $25.00 to $38.00 and depends on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC service technician. We believe technicians should always understand how they are paid and how to grow their earnings. We use a clear performance scorecard, so expectations are transparent and achievable.
