Job Description:
Summary:Guides and executes company strategy in recruiting to
allow White Lodging to achieve its vision to build and sustain the
deepest and most capable management team in the hospitality
industry. Responsibilities-Carry out strategic vision and direction
that aligns with company goals. Partner with the COO, SVP of
Operations and VP of Organizational Capability to execute talent
acquisition strategy:-Hire, train, coach and mentor field
Recruiters.-Prepare for and facilitate regular manpower planning
meetings with RVPs and corporate VPs.-Provide support to talent
review and succession planning process.-Make recommendations on
necessary IT to support recruiting.-Work with IT on access or
technical issues with the ATS and other training systems.-Ensure
department communication and materials are in line with White
Lodging employment branding.-Work with communications to
effectively promote recruiting programs.-Work with talent team to
create training that teaches the field effective
recruiting.-Oversee effective college and international recruiting
strategies. -Communicate department happenings to senior leadership
and the field.-Work with legal department on recruiting related
contracts.-Provide expertise in contract labor company guidelines
and relationships.-Maintain constant communication and
collaboration with Sr. Leaders, especially SVP of Operations and
RVPs.-Maintain recruiting vendor relationships.Other

of White Lodging.EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE-4 Year College degree
preferred-3+ years HR experience -Hospitality experience
