Job Description:
As the Manager, Culture Change Management and Communications,
you will lead a strategic, yet
hands-on approach, to helping leaders and managers organize,
develop, and engage their teams. You
build and manage Dwyer Omega people programs and processes that
drive performance and enhance
engagement, while strengthening our culture and community. You are
visible in the business, requiring
the right mix of organizational change management, communication,
facilitation, leadership support and
business experience to enable successful culture change.
You have strong consultative skills, coupled with a passion for
thinking strategically and managing the
details. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are willing to
contribute wherever necessary. You
believe in a people-first approach to HR with a focus on creating
an environment where everyone can do
their best work. You will report to the Chief Human Resources
Officer.
This position can be based in Michigan City, IN, Swedesboro, NJ or
Norwalk, CT with flexible work
options.
Responsibilities:
? Work closely with the CHRO and other executive leaders as a
thought partner on Dwyer Omega's
talent strategy, culture, employee engagement and change management
initiatives.
? Develop a strategy for orchestrating internal communication
efforts across Dwyer Omega
transformation initiatives in a consistent manner.
? Lead communications planning, writing, editing, and publishing
for internal employee and
organizational channels.
? Lead organizational change management and program management
efforts, including but not
limited to developing training materials, leading workshops, and
taking on special projects.
? Lead change management work streams with a structured methodology
/ process.
? Lead and deliver programs focused on organizational design,
talent reviews, people
development, engagement, and retention.
? Define and measure success metrics to evaluate the impact and
effectiveness of change
management and communications, leveraging this data to inform
continuous improvement on
future initiatives.
? Proactively manage stakeholders and hold them accountable to
meeting deadlines.
? Liaise with HR organization on key change management and
communication initiatives across
the entire enterprise.
? Identify critical partners and leverage them for subject matter
expertise to develop messaging.
? Deliver timely and effective communications to drive awareness
and adoption of changes.
? Improve business approach and analysis to support nimble decision
making.
? Empower people managers to take accountability for coaching and
developing their teams.
Requirements
Experience, Skills, and Education:
? 8+ years of increasing levels of responsibility in
business/consulting/human resources.
? Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or other appropriate
discipline.
? Bring organization design, people effectiveness, and change
enablement to drive integration and
transformation.
? Think strategically and execute you are strategically oriented,
yet tactically focused on execution
of plans.
? Influencing and relationship skills you are capable of building
and sustaining excellent
relationships at multiple levels in the organization. Uses
relationships not only to gain a better
understanding of the business needs, but also to strategically
accomplish goals. Has well-honed
influencing skills.
? Proven analytical problem-solving skills you are strong at
interpreting data and drawing insights
to assess the organization, recognize potential issues, diagnosis
route causes, and craft viable
solutions.
? Validated ability to collaborate with business leaders to
develop, implement and sustain change
interventions that enable culture shift and achievement of business
goals.
? Results orientation with strong planning and execution skills
? Strong verbal and written communication skills
? Ability to build trust and relationships quickly
