Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Business Operations for a
remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a new Sales Ops organization & partner with Sales leadership
to optimize conversion performance management
Lead high-impact projects to drive growth and optimization of
digital and Premier Agent channels
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale delivery of a
seamless home financing experience
Required Qualifications:
12+ years of relevant experience in startups, fintech, investment
banking, or management consulting
5+ years of people management experience
Experience owning a P&L with a strong track record of
results
Experience leading teams in highly cross-functional settings and in
a role that spans strategy, analysis, product, and operations in a
fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
