Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Data Management
and Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a robust data strategy aligned with business
objectives in the healthcare sector
Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations
Lead initiatives in advanced analytics, BI tools, and data
infrastructure management tailored to healthcare applications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or
related field; advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10-15 years in information security and technology, with
substantial healthcare sector experience
Deep understanding of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA,
HITRUST, and HITECH
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing security
teams
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) and
healthcare-specific certifications preferred
