Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product, Pay.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of high-performing Product Managers to ensure efficient
employee payment solutions
Create and execute the Pay product vision and strategy, aligning
with customer needs and company goals
Foster relationships with stakeholders across various departments
and drive shipping and learning pace
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Product Management experience in a SaaS space,
preferably with fintech or payroll background
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing
executive-level relationships
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, ability to
simplify complex concepts
Experience in customer-focused environments and familiarity with
product-led growth
Background in data or analytics and previous experience in the
restaurant-tech industry is a plus
