Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee accurate and timely processing of invoices for payment for
multiple legal entities
Manage vendor master data integrity and electronic payment
transition
Lead weekly payment run process, obtain approvals, and ensure
timely processing of payments
Required Qualifications:
6-8+ years of related accounting experience, including 3 years
managing Accounts Payable processes
Pharmaceutical or Biotech industry experience is a plus
B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including system
implementation projects
Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office Software
