Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Quality Management to
oversee quality and compliance issues within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and disseminate documentation and reports related to
quality and compliance
Stay updated on changes in accreditation and regulatory
requirements and implement necessary actions
Manage quality audits and assist with performance improvement
initiatives across the enterprise
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BS degree in Nursing or a related field preferred, or equivalent
work experience (4 years)
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or participating
Nurse Licensure Compact state
5 years of managed care experience or experience with
regulatory/accrediting body requirements
2 years of experience in a leadership or management role
Certification as a Professional in Healthcare Quality, CCM, or CLNC
preferred
