Enablement & Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Growth Enablement direct reports and oversee performance and
development
Support pitch processes and deliverables, ensuring effective
management of RFI/RFP activities
Develop operating standards and ensure efficient completion of
essential procedures
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience, with some management experience
preferred
Experience with the RFI/RFP process
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks
effectively
