Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Global Compensation Programs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a structured job architecture framework
Drive the annual salary review process and oversee annual bonus programs
Ensure compliance with compensation-related regulations and communicate policies effectively

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in compensation management software and HRIS systems
Experience in global and publicly traded companies
Strong program/project management skills
