Key Responsibilities
Strengthen client relationships post-sale by driving high
engagement and providing ongoing value
Advocate for clients, drive renewal rates, reduce churn, and
identify expansion opportunities
Provide internal feedback, collaborate with stakeholders, and
ensure client success measures are met
Qualifications
3+ years of customer success/account management experience in a
SaaS business environment
Experience in balancing stakeholder needs and working under tight
time frames
Proven track record in client-facing roles and delivering
exceptional client experiences
Proficiency in leveraging internal systems and organizational
skills
Ability to build relationships at all levels
