Job Description:

A company is looking for a Quality & Risk Management Director.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and manage the Appraisal Report Review Process for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac reports
Review and manage incoming Risk Assessments (RA) and provide assistance to other Divisions
Drive the implementation of VAS Practice Area Guidelines and ensure adherence to key risk mitigation procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years commercial appraisal experience
Commercial appraisal quality & risk review experience is a plus
Knowledge of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements strongly preferred
Must have General State Certification/License and MAI designation
