Impact.
Key Responsibilities
Assess community needs and manage peer-to-peer activities
Develop support programs and educational activities for diabetes
and obesity communities
Manage relationships with community stakeholders and evaluate
outcomes-based programs
Qualifications
At least five years of community health promotion experience
Specific knowledge of diabetes and peer-to-peer support program
delivery
Minimum of a master's degree or equivalent experience in a related
field
Successful track record in volunteer recruitment and management
Experience in managing key stakeholder relationships
