Job Description:

A company is looking for a Global Operational Director, Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee global teams managing Distributed Monitoring Tools and ensure their lifecycle and availability
Design and implement integrated Monitoring Solutions and adopt AI/ML technologies for proactive incident prevention
Manage budgets related to monitoring tools and evaluate best practices and vendor relationships

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing infrastructure technology and operations
10+ years of experience with ITSM platforms and monitoring tools
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL reference models
Familiarity with industry best practices and compliance requirements, especially in financial services
