Job Description:

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Economics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow a team of up to eight engineers to build the economics protocol
Collaborate with various functions to ensure the delivery of smart contract-driven products
Contribute technically to projects, including code reviews and occasional coding

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience delivering multiple impactful products end to end
Ability to work on a globally-distributed team with high ownership
Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience navigating ambiguous product requirements successfully
