Permanent opportunity for a Family Medicine physician in
IndianaThis busy, established practice currently includes three
physicians, an advanced practice provider with RN and MA
support.Office Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.,
Friday, 9:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m.Provider to work 36 patient contact
hours with 4 hours admin timeOne evening per week requiredCall
Responsibilities: Provider will cover own call during evenings,
weekends, & holidaysStrong mentorship opportunities and ability to
