Job Description:

Seeking a BE/BC Family or Internal Medicine physician to meet the growing demand for primary care services at our Health Center located in Indiana. The Health Center s family and internal medicine specialists see patients of all ages, from birth to seniors. Our providers diagnose and treat medical illnesses, provide preventive care such as annual checkups and health risk assessments, and provide guidance on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In addition, they manage chronic conditions and can refer to specialists or coordinate hospital care as needed. Candidate would thrive in a fast-paced environment and be team oriented. This physician will need to work collaboratively with colleagues and Advanced Practice Providers to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

• Schedule: 36 hours patient contact and 4 hours of admin work
• Flexible schedule includes one evening per week until 6:30 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.
• Practice Hours: Monday Friday varies by day, Saturday 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m.
• Average outpatient volume: patients per day
