Seeking a Family Medicine/Internal Medicine Physician to join a
permanent practice in Indiana
Office Operating Hours would be Monday & Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00
p.m., Tuesday & Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., Friday, 8 a.m. -
4:00 p.m.
Potential for a four-day workweek
Weekday Call: The provider takes their own call during the week
Weekend Call: 1:4
The ideal candidate must be Doctorate - MD/DO
Located near Wanatah, IN
