Job Description:

Servicing: Outpatient care for adults, families, adolescents, and children with mental health or substance abuse issues.


Competitive Compensation: Base salary of $277K, plus fantastic bonuses including a $25K sign-on bonus, $30K on-call bonus, and $13K collaborative bonus-resulting in an average OTE of $324K. Relocation package provided $9,000 on average- Valpriso, Indiana.

Supportive Team & Long-tenured management: You'll be part of an amazing team where support staff and on-call responsibilities are shared, ensuring a balanced workload. On call every 6 weeks, with a rotation of 4 individuals doing 6-9 days out of the month, and at most it is 3 days in a row.

Interview Process:


Zoom/Teams 1st with VP & Chief, then onsite, pay for Significant Other to come too, provide tour of the town (or a realtor to do it), meet with realtor, about a full day process all costs covered, then offer.
