A company is looking for a Clinical Solutions Associate II

Key Responsibilities:

Manage development of new contracts and participate in clinical conferences
Track customer deliverables, facilitate patient conferences, and provide administrative support
Collaborate with internal departments, liaise with network contacts, and participate in company projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
Three to five years of customer service experience in healthcare
Strong medical background with understanding of medical terminology
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
