Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy Compliance Counsel to join their legal and compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on pharmacy regulatory laws and compliance-related matters
Develop and manage compliance programs to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulations
Serve as a primary liaison for regulatory agencies and prepare reports on compliance activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
JD from an accredited law school
8+ years of legal experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years in the pharmacy industry
Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance principles
Experience with compliance requirements across various pharmacy operations
