Job Details:*Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network*, has a need for an *Associate Dentist* with a well-established DSO.* Seeking *a Full time *Associate with at least 2 years experience!* 4 day work week!* 6 month Daily guarantee with 32% of collections* Full ancillary staff for support* *70% FFS** 8-10 patients*Duties** Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to diagnose oral health conditions.* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.* Provide a range of dental services, including preventive, restorative, and pediatric dentistry.* Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.* Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient four-handed dentistry practices.* Educate patients on oral health care, hygiene practices, and preventive measures.* Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a safe and sterile environment during procedures.* Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques.*Skills** Proficient understanding of HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality.* Knowledge of medical terminology and dental terminology for effective communication.* Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, enhancing our ability to serve younger patients.* Strong patient assessment skills to evaluate oral health conditions accurately.* Ability to perform medical documentation efficiently while adhering to industry standards.* Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and staff members.* Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance workflow efficiency.* Commitment to providing exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $190,000.00 - $260,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shift* No nights* No weekendsSupplemental Pay:* Monthly bonus* Signing bonusAbility to Commute:* Kenosha, WI 53140 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Kenosha, WI 53140: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
