Job Description:

Two EDs are seeking an emergency medicine physician for locum tenens coverage The facilities are located in Harrisburg and Du Quion, Illinois. Site 1 operates 12-hour shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., with 9 hours of ML support from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. They use the EPIC EMR system and handle an annual patient volume of 12,500. Site 2 provides 24-hour solo MD coverage starting at 8 a.m., uses the Meditech EMR system, and manages an annual volume of 5,000 patients. Dates Needed: As soon as credentialed - Ongoing Case Load/PPD: 12,500 and 5,000 annual volumes Shift Type: Day Shift; Night Shift; 24-Hour Shift Assignment Type: ER Assignment Duration: Locums Call Required: No Board Certification Required: Yes Prescriptive Authority Required: Yes Patient Population: All Ages Support Staff: Single MD coverage with 9 hours of APP coverage at one location and solo coverage at the other location Government: No Reference ID: ORD-MD-IL
