TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Chicago, Illinois, 60612! Pay Information $1,861 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience in Medical Surgical License: Active RN license required upon submission Certifications: BLS required, NIHSS required, ACLS preferred Must-Have: Candidates must reside within 75 miles of the facility. Description: Position available for a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical specialty. Shift is three 12-hour nights per week. No block scheduling will be approved. Every other weekend is required, totaling two weekends per month. Request time off is limited to 5 days maximum, with no more than 2 consecutive days. No time off is permitted during holidays or the days prior and after holidays. Floating is mandatory within the scope of practice as needed by the facility. All staff are expected to float to different units as required, potentially outside of their primary area of competency. Orientation will consist of 24 hours of training with no billable pay. Compliance with all requirements must be met prior to the first workday.
