Opportunity This position is for a Hospital Medicine Physician who
will deliver patient care across various hospital environments
while traveling to multiple partner locations nationwide.
Candidates must possess a medical degree, be board-certified in
family or internal medicine, and have a minimum of two years of
experience in hospital medicine. The role emphasizes collaboration,

connect. People First Team Collaboration: Join our expanding team
of skilled physicians who reside across the country and travel to
our hospital partner locations nationwide. Qualifications: A
medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution is
essential. Board-certified or eligible in family or internal
medicine. Experience in hospital medicine with IM or FM board
certification. A minimum of two years of experience as a hospital
medicine physician is required. Committed to teamwork, integrity,
and delivering high-quality patient care. Our licensing team will
assist in obtaining any necessary state licenses for working at our
partner hospitals, and we will cover the associated costs. Practice
with Heart Flexible Scheduling: Ambassadors operate on a modified
block schedule to optimize travel and minimize transitions,
promoting a healthy work-life balance. We are currently seeking
full-time candidates (182 shifts annually). Key Responsibilities:
Deliver patient care across a variety of hospital settings. Exhibit
adaptability in fast-paced clinical environments. Engage actively
in team meetings and initiatives aimed at enhancing care quality

with a competitive salary, allowing you to concentrate on providing

Rewards and Benefits: Compensation: Annual salary ranges from
$346,000 to $382,000 plus bonuses based on the schedule (days,
swings, nights). Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package,

contributions. Paid malpractice insurance, including tail coverage.
