Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel The Physical Therapist is responsible for performing patientevaluations, as well as providing and documenting therapy services inaccordance with the plan of care developed for each individual patient andphysician’s orders when applicable.
