Participate in the development and assessment of patient care plans. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes. Strong clinical skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to explain treatments and conditions Management and leadership skills Proficiency in using healthcare technology, including electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana. CPR certification. ACLS certification preferred.
