They help people with issues like bladder or bowel problems, pelvic pain, core weakness, and recovery after childbirth or pelvic surgery. Treatment is personalized and may include education, gentle hands-on techniques, targeted exercises, and guidance on healthy movement and habits, all with a strong focus on patient comfort and privacy.
