Munster, just outside Chicago, offers suburban comfort, excellent dining, and easy access to Lake Michigan—making it an ideal location for healthcare professionals seeking Indiana travel jobs./n /n/nJob Details – Cath Lab Technologist/n /n - Location: Munster, Indiana (46321) – near Chicago/n - Position: CT / Radiologic Technologist – Cath Lab (Travel Contract)/n - Contract Length: 13 weeks/n - Start Date: December 15, 2025/n - Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour day shifts (9:30am–6:00pm), rotating call and late shifts/n - Hours per Week: 40/n - On-Call: Required (1 call night/week, 2 call weekends/contract)/n - Patient Population: Adult patients/n - Unit: Cath Lab (6 procedure rooms)/n - Estimated Weekly Pay: $2260–$2430/n /n/nQualifications – CT / Rad Tech/n /n - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist or in a similar radiology/cardiology setting/n - Active Indiana State License or compact license required at time of submission/n - Certifications: ARRT (R), BLS, ACLS, CCI RCIS/n - Proficiency with EPIC charting system/n - Ability to arrive within 30 minutes when on call for acute STEMI cases/n - COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical exemptions considered)/n - Preferred: Previous charge, trauma level I/II, or community hospital experience/n /n/nKey Responsibilities – Cath Lab Technologist/n /n - Perform and assist with diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterizations, pacemaker insertions, and peripheral angiograms/n - Operate and maintain advanced imaging and monitoring equipment (Penumbra, Inari, IMPELLA, IABP, ICE, Shockwave, Mechanical Thrombectomy, EKOS)/n - Maintain sterile technique and assist with scrub procedures in the Cath Lab/n - Monitor and interpret hemodynamic data and cardiac rhythms/n - Participate in rotating call and late shifts, ensuring rapid response to emergent cardiac cases/n - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including RNs, physicians, and support staff/n - Document procedures and patient information accurately in the EPIC electronic health record system/n - Deliver compassionate care to patients with cardiac diagnoses such as CAD, STEMI, NSTEMI, and arrhythmias/n /n Apply now to join our healthcare team as a Cath Lab CT / Radiologic Technologist in Munster, Indiana, and take the next step in your allied health career!
