Position: Wellness Nurse (LPN) Sign on bonus - $1,000 for Full time and $500 for Part time. Eden Vista Burr Ridge is a vibrant senior living community committed to providing exceptional care and enhancing the well-being of our residents. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents. Responsibilities: Conducted health assessments and created personalized care plans for each resident. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols. Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any changes in health status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic and person-centered care. Assist in the development and implementation of wellness programs and activities. Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and promote preventive care. Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate and appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records. Foster a supportive and compassionate environment for residents and their families. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Requirements You love working with people and handle everyday challenges with a smile!
