Medicine is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic
Spine Surgeon to join our rapidly growing private practice in the
Chicagoland area. Our mission is to deliver high-value orthopedic
care to patients across all socioeconomic backgrounds, and we have
developed a financially stable, scalable model to serve the

Established Case Load Immediate access to a significant number of
cases, as all current spine cases are referred externally.
Opportunity to develop a robust practice quickly while refining
surgical expertise. Growing Practice Expansion includes three new
offices launching within the next six months. Strong referral

treat a diverse patient population with a wide range of cases and
age groups. Need for both generalists and subspecialists due to
increasing case volume. Expectation of 1–3 Advanced Practice
Providers (APPs) supporting the incoming surgeon. Additional
opportunities available in clinical research, product development,
and sports medicine, including affiliations with major sports teams
and local schools. Collaboration with experienced colleagues and
the support of Illinois’ largest health system. Requirements
Qualifications M.D. or D.O. Board Eligible/Board Certified in Spine
Surgery. Passion for delivering high-quality orthopedic care to
diverse patient populations. Commitment to building relationships
and fostering practice growth. Interest in improving care quality
