Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy , a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) , ADHD , sensory processing disorder , and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through: Providing individualized and group therapy Implementing therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and Intentional Relationship Model (IRM) Collaborating daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care Compensation & Benefits Competitive Salary: $74,000-85,000 Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) Life and Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowances Generous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions Schedule & Location Set Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8-4:30pm Set Location : 3319 N.
