Chicago, IL Full Time Hours: Monday - Friday Days Employed New Graduates Average Patients seen: 2.7/hour Call Schedule: One call a week and rotating weekends Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus Compensation: Negotiable based on experience Benefits: - Continued Medical Education 5 days plus $2000- Eligibility for loan repayment through NHSC- 401K- company match- 10 Paid Holidays and 26 Days of Paid Time Off Additional Info: Join a community health center providing high-quality bilingual primary care, behavioral health, and wellness services to the Chicago community. Responsibilities:- Practices evidence-based, cost-effective primary care in a team-based model.- Makes appropriate diagnoses and prescribes appropriate prescriptions and referralsQualifications:- Bilingual English/Spanish, required- Current IL State License, Controlled Substance License, and DEA Registration
