Requirements Potential Responsibilities May Include: Providing assessment, treatment planning, counseling and support to individuals in group homes or psychosocial rehabilitation programs Providing behavioral and emotional support in community-based settings Leading or co-facilitating group activities or therapeutic programming such as therapeutic and psychosocial rehabilitation. Assisting with crisis prevention, de-escalation and intervention as needed Documenting services and progress notes in electronic records Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, human services, or related field (preferred) Special consideration given to individuals with experience with mental illness and/or substance use disorders and IDD. (preferred) Strong clinical, interpersonal, communication and skills. Patience, empathy, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. Ability to work collaboratively on a multidisciplinary team. Salary Description $40,000-$65,000
