A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II - Fully Remote



Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inquiries regarding claims, benefits, and provider verifications via phone, email, or messaging
Assist in updating and enhancing product offerings by collecting customer data for quality purposes
Educate members and providers on health plan policies and procedures


Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ years of current call center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
1+ years of healthcare benefits expertise
1+ years of experience working in a remote setting
Knowledge of coordination of benefits, Medicare regulations, and claims adjudication
