Takeda’s Hybrid and Remote Work policy. OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE -
Enhance workforce systems by automating workflows, improving
scheduling processes, and optimizing resource planning for BioLife
Plasma Centers. - Collaborate across HR, DD&T, operations, and
forecasting teams to align workforce planning tools with
organizational priorities and strategic goals. - Provide actionable
insights through dashboards and analytics to improve
decision-making and operational efficiency across BioLife centers.
- Drive continuous system improvements and innovative solutions to
streamline labor management workflows and replace manual processes.
ACCOUNTABILITIES - Serve as the operational systems expert for
workforce planning tools, ensuring alignment with BioLife Plasma
Center operations and organizational priorities. - Evaluate,
onboard, and enhance scheduling tools or modules tailored to
workforce needs in collaboration with HR, DD&T, and BioLife
operations. - Streamline resource planning by automating workflows
and integrating system-driven solutions. - Partner with key
stakeholders to align capacity tools and system enhancements with
organizational goals and shared team objectives. - Develop
dashboards and reporting workflows using workforce systems to
provide actionable insights into scheduling efficiencies and trends
for BioLife centers. - Share system-driven analytics with HR,
DD&T, and BioLife operations teams to enable data-driven
decision-making. - Support the implementation and continuous
improvement of workforce system processes across BioLife centers,
ensuring enhanced operational efficiency through automation.
DIMENSIONS AND ASPECTS Technical/ Functional (Line) Expertise -
8-10 years of experience in workforce systems, scheduling software
configuration, and systems implementation, especially within
healthcare, retail, or operational environments. - Skilled in
workflow automation and applying tools to resolve complex workforce
planning challenges. - Advanced analytical capabilities to
transform workforce system data into actionable strategy
recommendations. Decision-making and Autonomy - Operates
independently with advanced decision-making capabilities to
implement scalable tools and automation-driven solutions. -
Evaluates interactions between new systems and workflows, choosing
optimal methods for system utilization. Leadership - Serves as a
subject matter expert, mentoring team members on advanced workforce
system tools and automation strategies. - Drives collaborative
engagement across HR, DD&T, operations, forecasting, and
BioLife leadership to ensure alignment of system capabilities with
organizational goals. Interaction - Guides center leadership on
workforce systems and drives collaborative engagement across HR,
DD&T, forecasting, and BioLife leadership. - Coordinate
strategies and objectives within the Workforce Optimization team,
integrating solutions seamlessly across functions. Innovation -
Replaces manual processes with automation-driven solutions to
enhance scheduling and workforce planning. - Recommends
advancements in dashboards and reporting to drive insightful
decision support for BioLife centers. Complexity - Navigates
diverse operational environments across BioLife Plasma Centers,
addressing cross-departmental and cross-system dependencies. -
Manages logistical and cultural considerations during workforce
system implementations while ensuring organizational alignment.
EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: Education -
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management,
Human Resources, or a related field. - Preferred: Advanced degree
(e.g., MBA or Master’s in Workforce Management, Information
Systems, or related field). Skills - Expertise in workforce systems
configuration, workflow automation, and capacity optimization
tools. - Proficiency in implementing, developing, and enhancing
scheduling software for impactful utilization. - Exceptional
analytical skills to transform workforce data into strategic
recommendations. - Effective collaboration and communication across
HR, DD&T, operations, and BioLife leadership. - Strong ability
to develop dashboards and reporting workflows tailored for
decision-making. - Proven capacity to innovate workforce systems

Benefits Summary We understand compensation is an important factor

equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more
transparent with our pay practices. For Location: Bannockburn, IL
U.S. Base Salary Range: $111,800.00 - $175,670.00 The estimated
salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The
actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors,
including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the
position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills,
level of education attained, certifications or other professional
licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or
from which they will be performing the job. The actual base salary
offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage
requirements for the job location. U.S. based employees may be
eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. U.S. based
employees may be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision
insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and
long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a tuition
