Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Support Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical advice and guidance on installation,
adaptation, and configuration of technical products
Perform Tier III problem resolution on the telephone with users
Troubleshoot products, modify products to customer requirements,
and provide expert technical support for complex systems
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 6 months+ experience or high school
diploma/equivalent with minimum 4 years relevant experience
Must have experience with PKI and SNOW ticketing system (Service
Now)
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
security clearance
